Police were called to the business at an unspecified time on Tuesday, Nov. 29 after staff activated a panic alarm. After arriving on the scene and learning the business had been robbed, officers found the suspect in a nearby alleyway.

Police say the suspect was arrested “without incident,” although one officer drew a firearm during the course of the arrest.

Police are still seeking help from anyone who was in the area at the time of the robbery and may have information to share. Such people can contact the local RCMP detachment at 669-1111 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
