RCMP arrest two suspects for Circle K armed robbery in Yellowknife

RCMP in Yellowknife has arrested two suspects in connection with an armed robbery at Circle K which occurred early Tuesday morning.

According to an RCMP news release,  “A search warrant was executed at a residence” on Tuesday where two people were arrested.

No further suspects are being sought, the RCMP say.

Devon Larabie, 27, from Yellowknife, has been charged with:

  • robbery.
  • possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Maiya Klengenberg, 18, Yellowknife, has been charged with:

  • robbery.
  • possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
  • failure to comply.

Larabie remains incustody and is next expected in court on March 19. Klengenberg also remains in custody and will appear on March 20.
