ADKFN resumes election process

Acho Dene Koe First Nation (ADKFN) resumes its election process after a lockdown in the community put everything on pause.

Nominations are now open for the position of chief and six council members, until 4 p.m. March 2.

Forms can be found at the ADKFN office or by request online or by telephone.

Voting will take place on April 26 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Members can vote either in person, online, by mail or by proxy.

The deadline to payoff membership debts closes at 4 p.m. March 2.
