Délı̨nę RCMP have charged 38-year-old Jonathan Tetso with manslaughter after a man was found dead on Saturday.
On March 9, RCMP were called to a local home to check on the well-being of the resident.
Officers discovered a man suffering from serious injuries inside the residence.
The man was transported to the local health centre but passed away a short time later.
Tetso was arrested and has been remanded pending a future court date.
The name of the deceased person and any connection to the accused was not released.

Six years ago, Jonathan Tetso was sentenced in Délı̨nę for the death of his 65-year-old adoptive mother, Irene.
According to an agreed statement of facts, Tetso spent the afternoon of Dec. 23, 2016, drinking alcohol with his mother and a small group of people.
Irene was later found dead on the floor of her room.
In December 2017, Tetso pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
In July 2018, Justice Louise Charbonneau accepted a joint recommendation and sentenced him to four and a half years in prison.
After the sentencing hearing, Crown prosecutor Annie Piche said the large outpouring of community support at the hearing was one factor the judge would have considered in accepting the joint recommendation.
In Canada, manslaughter carries no minimum sentence, varying from probation to life in prison. If a firearm was used, there is a four-year minimum.
