Inuvik RCMP ask for public’s help as they look for two LED bars stolen from Parks Canada vehicles

Inuvik RCMP are asking the public for help as they investigate the theft of LED lights from the top of two Parks Canada vehicles in the community.

According to a news release from the Mounties, the theft happened on or between the evening of December 1, and 7 a.m. on December 2.

Police state that LED Light Bars and one mounting bracket were stolen off of two Parks Canada vehicles, located at the Parks Canada Western Arctic Office, on Kingmingya Road.

The Light Bars are described as “E-Series PRO 20 Inch” and are in new condition.

One of the missing Light Bars does not have a mounting bracket attached.
