Fort Smith RCMP seeking public’s help in locating wanted man

Donovan Desjarlais has "a number of warrants out for his arrest," according to police.

Fort Smith RCMP, are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted man.

Northwest Territories RCMP shared the message along with a photo of Donovan Desjarlais on social media on Tuesday afternoon.

Desjarlais has “a number of warrants out for his arrest,” according to police. The statement did not say what the warrants were related to.

Last December, Desjarlais was again wanted by police for charges of assault and uttering threats. He was later arrested on Christmas Day, according to Cabin Radio.

Anyone with information on Desjarlais’s whereabouts can reach Fort Smith RCMP at (867) 872-1111.
