Jamie Wetrade-Stevenson is a beloved creative, navigating both the traditional and modern world through the lens.

Her latest adventure has brought her to Toronto where her Nomad portrait was displayed on the corner of King St. West.

After five short years, her ambitions evolved from passion projects into a full-blown business.

With this newfound success, she plans on bringing more of her Tłı̨chǫ culture to the forefront of her art.

CKLB spoke with Stevenson about her origin story and how she combats intergenerational trauma through her work.
