Inuvik RCMP is asking for help to find 28-year-old Scott Alexander Kaglik.

Police say Kaglik is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant after allegedly breaching release conditions.

According to a police news release, police responded to a complaint at the Nova Apartments around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, August 8. Police say Kaglik fled the residence after police arrived and they haven’t been able to find him since then.

RCMP will not say what release condition Kaglik allegedly breached.

“Initial evidence appears to indicate Scott Kaglik may be emotionally distressed,” reads the release.

Kaglik is described as five-foot, eight inches tall, about 230 lbs and of Inuvialuit descent.

Residents with information on his location can contact Inuvik RCMP at 867-777-111, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
