2 flights travelling into the territory linked to COVID-19

According to the chief public health officer, Dr. Kami Kandola, two flights travelling into the NWT have been linked to COVID-19.

Everyone on North Wright Airways flight #126 to Délı̨nę on Sept. 23 are asked to monitor for symptoms and if they develop, to isolate immediately and arrange for testing.

Residents on Canadian North flight 5T244 from Edmonton to Yellowknife, in rows 4-10 on Sept. 20, are also asked to monitor for symptoms and if they develop, to isolate immediately and arrange for testing.

Those partially vaccinated on either flight are told to self-isolate for 10 days and arrange for testing.
