UPDATE: Missing youth has been safely located
A 13-year-old boy from Behchoko has gone missing in Yellowknife, and the RCMP is asking for the public's help in finding him.
The Yellowknife RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing youth.
13-year-old Adam Williah was last seen in the city’s downtown area on April 22nd.
He is described as an Indigenous youth, around 5’9” tall, and weighing around 150lbs. He has long black hair and brown eyes.
This is the second time this year that Williah was the subject of a missing persons case, as a similar circumstance occurred in January.
Anyone who may have knowledge on his current location is asked to contact the Yellowknife RCMP at 669-1111.
UPDATE: Adam Williah has been located safely. The RCMP have expressed their thanks to the public for their help in finding him.
