Fort Smith RCMP seize cocaine and cash during search of youth involved in crash
A 16-year-old from Ontario faces multiple drug-related charges after police found suspected cocaine and more than $6K in cash
Fort Smith RCMP say they seized drugs and cash during a search connected to a 14-year-old boy involved in a car accident on November 1.
Officers attended a residence on Whooping Crane Drive, where they found a 16-year-old male youth in possession of 384 grams of suspected cocaine, $6,095 in Canadian currency, four cell phones, and drug paraphernalia.
The youth, originally from Ontario, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime.
He has since been released from custody and is now missing in Toronto, Ontario.
