Temporary changes to health services in Fort Good Hope this weekend

Residents with non-urgent health needs can call 811 to speak with a registered nurse

Residents in Fort Good Hope might have to use an alternative way to access health and social services over this weekend.

Residents who require non-urgent health advice are asked to call 811 to speak with a Registered Nurse, available 24/7. Residents can also reach out to the nurse on call at 867-496-0004.

“We appreciate your patience if there are some delays to regular programming until later in the week as individuals return to the community and operations settle back into normality,” says NWT Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) in a public notice.

The Cassien Edgi Health and Social Services Centre will be open regular hours starting Monday, July 8.

In addition to services delivered by NTHSSA community counselling teams, the following supports are also available:
