One person has been hospitalized as the number of active COVID cases in the territory reaches 74.
As of Tuesday evening there are 44 cases in Fort Good Hope, 12 in Yellowknife, five in Norman Wells, five in Colville Lake, three in Délįne and one in Inuvik, all connected to Treaty 11 events held in Fort Good Hope between Aug. 5 to 9.
There is also one case in Norman Wells, two in Yellowknife and one in Hay River that are not connected to the events.
Several additional exposure locations have been issued in the Sahtú and Yellowknife.
Under new guidance, anyone who was at the Yellowknife bingo at the Tree of Peace, any day between Aug. 8 until 14 must immediately isolate for 10 days and arrange testing. This includes anyone who is fully vaccinated.
Anyone who has ridden a taxi in Yellowknife since Aug. 9 to should monitor their symptoms.
Fully vaccinated people who were at the Norman Wells Legion on Aug. 13 between 9 and 11 p.m. should monitor their symptoms.
Anyone who attended who is unvaccinated must isolate for 10 days and arrange a test.
The same rules apply for anyone who attended the Norman Wells Mud Bog Event on Aug. 14.
There are also several flights that have been identified as exposure locations.
This includes Canadian North Flight 244 from Norman Wells to Yellowknife on Aug. 14, with affected rows 13-19.
WestJet flight 3258 Edmonton to Yellowknife on Aug. 15, affected rows 14-20.
And anyone on the North Wright Airways flights from Fort Good Hope and Colville Lake since Aug. 5.
Anyone who is vaccinated and was in the affected areas must monitor their symptoms and unvaccinated people must isolate for 10 days and arrange a test.
