UPDATE: Adam Wiliah located safely
13-year-old Adam Wiliah has gone missing once again, following a similar incident that occurred last month.
A 13-year-old boy from Behchokǫ̀ has gone missing once again, and the RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find him.
Adam Wiliah hasn’t been seen since Monday, February 16th, at around 4pm. He is an Indigenous boy with black hair, brown eyes, and is around 175cm tall, weighing around 68kg. He was last seen wearing a black and green jacket, jeans, and white running shoes that bore a red stripe.
This is not the first time Adam has disappeared. A similar situation occurred last month, when Wiliah did not return home after a day at school on Tuesday, January 13th. Adam was found less than 12 hours after the initial report was filed to the RCMP.
The Wiliah family is concerned about his wellbeing, as Adam has a known cognitive disorder.
Anyone who may have information on his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Behchokǫ̀ RCMP at 867-392-1111.
UPDATE: Adam was located in good health late on Wednesday evening.
