UPDATE: Man missing from Behchokǫ̀ senior’s complex found deceased
A short while after RCMP issued missing person's notice on Monday afternoon, Joachim Rabesca was discovered
A man last seen leaving the senior’s complex in Behchokǫ̀ on December 13th has been located deceased.

Seventy-three-year-old Joachim Rabesca was the subject of an RCMP’s missing person’s notice late Monday afternoon.
Shortly before 5 pm, police issued an update with the sad news.
Stated the RCMP: “Our thoughts are with the family, friends and community members affected during this difficult time. Behchokǫ̀ RCMP would like to thank the community members for their assistance.”
Rabesca was reported missing to Behchokǫ̀ RCMP on December 14th.
RCMP is investigating alongside the Northwest Territories Coroner Service.
