As part of an ongoing investigation, in the early morning on Friday the 13th, Yellowknife RCMP executed a search warrant and arrested several people in the 5400-block of 52nd Street in Yellowknife.

That block includes Bison Hill Estates row houses, and further up the street/driveway, Bison Hill Apartments.
Days prior to the search warrant raid, police received a report that two people had been held against their will in the residence and later released, stated a release.
As part of the investigation, Yellowknife RCMP’s General Investigation Section, with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team and executed a search warrant.
Three people were arrested and one firearm was seized, along with other evidence, stated the RCMP in a release.
The investigation remains ongoing and charges are forthcoming.
