RCMP Investigate Break And Enter In Inuvik Golf Course

An investigation continues as Inuvik RCMP respond to an alleged break and enter at the community’s golf course.

A press release from the RCMP says that police were notified about two seperate break and enters that took place at the golf club house on Sunday, Sept 2nd and again on Tuesday, Sept 4th around 6pm.

Police say two locks used to secure the door of the clubhouse were broken off.

During the break and enter, Mounties say that 150 bottles of beer were stolen along with a Square card reader that accepted credit cards that can use both tap and chip.
