Fire marshal investigating cause of Sunridge Apartment blaze
No injuries reported in Yellowknife apartment fire
Yellowknife RCMP say no injuries were reported following a structure fire at Sunridge Apartment on Thursday afternoon.
Police received a report of the fire at 2:31 p.m. and attended the scene to provide traffic control while firefighters worked to contain the blaze.
Authorities say there is no evidence of arson at this time, but the Office of the Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
Victim services were available on-site to assist affected residents.
