Aurora College’s Fort Smith campus is planning to offer face-to-face classes for the fall academic year.

According to a press release, the college plans on having most of its programs offered at the campus to be in-person.

A maximum of 20 students will be able to participate in the classroom setting at any given time.

The COVID-19 restrictions implemented by the chief public health officer, Dr. Kami Kandola, will still be in effect.

Students will still be required to physically distance and wear a mask, among other safety protocols.

In addition, the college will still be offering virtual learning.

“The college is pleased to welcome returning and new students to in person learning sooner than many other post-secondary institutions,” says Andy Bevan, president of Aurora College.

Applications are now being accepted, online at www.auroracollege.nt.ca.
