Three Leo nominations for The Sun at Midnight

The Sun at Midnight has picked up three Leo nominations.

Duane Howard has been nominated for Best Performance in a Feature Film by a male. Howard plays the role of Alfred a Gwich’in hunter searching for a lost caribou herd in the Mackenzie Delta.

Editor Jamie Alan has also been nominated, along with Composer Rich Walters.

All three were nominated after the film showed at the Borsos Compeition in Whistler last November. The Leo awards are presented by the Motion Picture Arts and Sciences foundation of BC.

The Gala awards will be on June 4 at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver.
