On Friday morning, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be in Yellowknife as part of his ongoing cross-country tour.

He will be holding a town hall to hear from residents. The prime minister has been making stops across Canada this year, answering questions and hearing concerns from members of the public.

Last time he was in NWT was in 2015 during the election campaign.

The event is scheduled for 8:30am, but location is still being determined.
