NWT Help Line group counseling over the phone started

Group counseling over the phone is starting this week. Danielle Denuhme is the Team Leader for the NWT Help Line.

“There really is not enough support in the NWT, especially for suicide and suicide awareness. To even let people know they’re not alone with whatever they’re going through, whether it be suicide, addiction, recovery support, grief and loss, and depression. We are able to provide the support they need and there are others around them that are going through something similar.”

The next group counseling session is on Monday, February 6th at 8pm. To sign up or to access mental health resources call the NWT Help Line at 1-800-661-0844.
