Missing N.W.T. Hunters Found

Two N.W.T. hunters have returned home safely after being missing since last Thursday.

Northerner’s David Kaye and Anthony Koe went missing after last being seen snowmobiling together near Fort McPherson. The two men were expected to return home from their hunting trip on Friday, but didn’t come back.

When David didn’t return, his father, Johnny Kaye notified RCMP.

By Sunday morning the RCMP had located both of the men, who were reported to be in good condition.

The men claim that strong winds and issues with the snowmobile prevented them from making it back into town.
