Koe and team sit in 2nd place – face Denmark tonight

Yellowknife’s Kevin Koe and his team have moved into a tie for second place in Olympic curling after a very early morning 8-4 victory over Japan.

Deuces in both the third and sixth ends helped Koe and the Canadians to end Japan’s night early, just a day after falling 9-7 to the United States.

With the top four teams in round robin advancing to the semifinals, Canada appears poised to continue on their Olympic curling journey.

The men play Denmark tonight at 10 MST in both team’s third and final round robin match up.
