Roy Goose telling a story to cousin Louie about his days at Rankin Inlet and how ground squirrels up there would look sideways and always be looking for something to eat. Roy said guys on the land would bring 22’s and try to shoot the squirrels. The song Roy sang was dedicated to those times.

As well as a lead morning news anchor in Prince George and lead afternoon news anchor in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. As well, Dan worked the evening sports desk from 1998 to 2000 in Winnipeg. Dan did his journalism education at Red River College, completing in 1997.
