Ecole St. Joseph School Getting Upgrades

Ecole St Joseph school in Yellowknife will be undergoing some upgrades ahead of the 2018/19 school year.

An additional three modular classrooms and one washroom will be built for the school.

The news was announced in a release per the Board Chair of Yellowknife Catholic Schools, Miles Welsh and Caroline Cochrane the Minister of ECE, who says the addition was made based on a need to accommodate a growing population in Yellowknife schools.

The 1.5 million dollar renovation will allow for 66 more students to attend the school.
