Darryl Boucher – Marlowe elected chief of Lutsel K’e

Members of the Lutsel K’e Dene First Nation have a new chief elect.

Darryl Boucher – Marlowe got 103 votes, compared to outgoing chief Felix Lockhart who received 80. Irene Catholique came in third with 36.

On Facebook Boucher-Marlowe’s wall was flooded with notes of congratulations, including well wishes from former chiefs Dora Enzoe and Steven Nitah.
